Getting Started with ZynoSuite Mobile
MobileZynoSuite Mobile brings mobile-ready ZynoSuite apps to your phone, including Customers & Contacts, ZynoSales, ZynoInventory, ZynoForms, ZynoDisplay, and Admin access when your role permits it.
Availability
ZynoSuite Mobile is available on:
- iOS — iPhone and iPad, via the App Store
- Android — via Google Play
The app requires iOS 15.1 or later, or Android 8.0 (API level 26) or later.
First Login
- Open the ZynoSuite Mobile app after installation.
- Sign in with your email and password, or use Google or Microsoft sign-in if your organization has configured it.
- If MFA is enabled on your account, complete the verification step.
- You will land on the mobile home screen showing the apps your account can use.
The app keeps you signed in between sessions. If your session expires or your credentials change, you will be prompted to sign in again.
Mobile Card Reader
ZynoSuite Mobile supports Stripe mobile card readers for processing card-present payments on the go. To use a mobile card reader:
- Ensure your Stripe account is connected in ZynoSuite admin settings.
- Connect the card reader from Settings > Card Reader in ZynoSuite Mobile.
- The reader will be available as a payment option in the Salespoint register.

ZynoTalk Mobile
VoIP calling (making and receiving phone calls) is handled by a separate app called ZynoTalk Mobile. If you need to make business calls from your phone, install ZynoTalk Mobile alongside the main app. See the ZynoTalk Mobile getting started guide for details.
