The support portal provides access to your organization's Freshdesk support experience through a ZynoSuite bridge. It can sign users in, show a support request form, submit tickets, and send users to the Freshdesk portal to view existing requests.

Getting There

Open the Freshdesk support link provided by your organization. Depending on your setup, this may appear from ZynoSuite or be shared as a direct support link.
