The Display module provides digital signage management for your business. Register display devices, configure their settings, and assign content to be shown on screens throughout your locations.

Permission Required

Users must have Display module access enabled in their role to use this module.

Getting There

Open Display from the Home Launcher or the Quick Action Bar (QAB).

Device Registration

Connect display devices to ZynoSuite so they can be managed remotely.

• Registering Devices — Register a new display device by pairing it with your ZynoSuite account. Each device is identified by a unique registration code.

Configuration

Control how your display devices behave.

• Configuring Devices — Adjust device settings including display name, orientation, refresh interval, and location assignment. Monitor device status to see which displays are online.

Content Management

Assign and schedule what appears on your displays.

• Content Assignment — Assign content to registered display devices. Manage what each screen shows and update content remotely without needing physical access to the device.
