Label Printing

Workstation

Label printing sends inventory label jobs from the ZynoInventory list to the configured Workstation printing setup.

Permission Required

You need ZynoInventory access. Label actions are available in Workstation when the local install can print labels.

Print One Or More Labels

1. Open ZynoInventory in Workstation.
2. Find the item.
3. Open the row action menu.
4. Select Print Label or Print Multiple Labels.
5. If prompted, enter how many labels to print.
6. Select Print.

Print Label sends one label immediately. Print Multiple Labels opens Print Labels with a How many? field.

Before You Print

• Confirm the item has the right UPC, SKU, name, and price fields.
• Confirm the Workstation label printer is installed and assigned correctly.
• Print a small quantity first when testing a new printer or label roll.

Common Issues

Problem	What To Check
Label actions are missing	Use ZynoWorkstation and confirm the install supports label printing.
Label prints wrong item data	Review the item's UPC, SKU, name, and price fields.
Nothing prints	Check the Workstation printer setup and label printer connection.
Too many labels print	Use Print Multiple Labels carefully and enter the intended count.
