One-Time Codes

One-time codes are temporary codes sent to an email address or mobile phone number for specific authentication workflows. The main ZynoSuite web sign-in screen does not currently expose one-time code sign-in as a standard user option.

Where One-Time Codes May Appear

One-time code mechanisms are recognized by the authentication platform for workflows such as email-based or mobile-phone-based verification. If a ZynoSuite app or support workflow asks for a one-time code, use the code from the most recent message you received.

General Guidance

• Use the newest code. Older codes may no longer work.
• Enter the code exactly as shown.
• Do not share one-time codes with anyone.
• If you did not request a code, do not use it and notify your administrator.

If You Expected a Code

If a code does not arrive:

• Check that the email address or mobile phone number is correct.
• Check spam or junk folders for email codes.
• Confirm that your phone can receive messages.
• Request a new code from the app or workflow that prompted you.

For normal ZynoSuite web sign-in, use:

• Email & Password
• Single Sign-On

For ZynoWorkstation, fingerprint login may also be available on supported workstations.
