Incidents
Incidents are platform status events published by Zyno. They let users know when ZynoSuite is experiencing a service issue, degraded performance, or a recently resolved interruption.
ZynoSuite checks the Zyno status service in the background and shows incident indicators inside the app.
Where Incidents Appear
| Location | What You See |
|---|---|
| App banner | A banner at the top of the app with the incident name or a general platform issue message. |
| Status icon | An icon in the app shell or Quick Action Bar that indicates an active, updated, resolved, or unavailable status check. |
| Login screen | The status icon can appear even before you sign in. |
If ZynoSuite cannot check the platform status, the status icon can show that the platform status is unavailable.
Open Incident Details
- Select the incident banner or status icon.
- ZynoSuite opens the matching incident page on
status.zyno.app. - Review the current status, updates, and affected services.
Opening the incident also acknowledges the current incident update in that browser. If a later update is published, the app can show the indicator again.
What To Do During An Incident
- Review the incident page for current guidance.
- Avoid repeating the same payment, message, import, or device action if the system is reporting a related issue.
- If a public workflow is blocked, record the contact details and retry when the incident is resolved.
- Contact your manager or Zyno support if you are unsure whether to continue a workflow.
Resolved Incidents
After an incident is resolved, ZynoSuite can show a resolved status indicator so users know the issue has cleared. Select the indicator to dismiss the current resolved update.
Common Issues
| Problem | What To Check |
|---|---|
| Banner keeps returning | The incident may have a new update. Open the status page to acknowledge the latest update. |
| Status page does not open | Check browser pop-up settings and internet connectivity. |
| App says status cannot be checked | Your browser or network may not be able to reach the Zyno status service. |
| You still see errors after an incident is resolved | Refresh ZynoSuite, retry the workflow, and contact support if the issue continues. |
