Email & Password
WebWorkstationMobileEmail and password sign-in is the standard direct ZynoSuite sign-in method when your organization does not require single sign-on for the account.
Sign In
- Open ZynoSuite.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Continue.
- If prompted, enter your password.
- Select Continue again.
ZynoSuite first checks whether your account should use SSO. If SSO applies, you will be sent to the provider flow instead of seeing the password field.
Keep Me Signed In
Select Keep me signed in for 30 days only on a device you trust. This keeps the session active longer so you do not need to sign in as often.
Do not use this option on shared, public, or temporary computers.
Workstation Sign-In
Registered ZynoWorkstation installs use a workstation sign-in form. Depending on your account setup, you may sign in with:
- Fingerprint
- Username
- PIN or password
Workstation users may have a shorter username for shared workstation use, even though normal web sign-in requires an email address.
Change Your Password
If you are allowed to change your password, open the user menu and select Change Password. This option appears only when password changes are available for your account.
If your organization uses SSO, change your password through Microsoft, Google, or your identity provider instead.
Troubleshooting
If sign-in fails:
- Confirm you entered the correct email address.
- Confirm whether your organization expects you to use Microsoft or Google sign-in.
- Check for password typing issues.
- Ask an administrator to confirm your account is active.
- Contact support if the error says the email address or password is incorrect and you cannot recover access.
