Single Sign-On (SSO)

WebWorkstationMobile

Single Sign-On lets users sign in to ZynoSuite through your organization's Microsoft Entra or Google Workspace account. This reduces separate password management and lets your organization apply its existing identity policies.

Supported Providers

ZynoSuite currently exposes setup for:

  • Microsoft Entra (M365, Azure)
  • Google Workspace

Administrators connect a provider from Admin > Identity & Access > Identity Provider.

How Sign-In Works

  1. The user opens ZynoSuite.
  2. The user enters their email address or chooses Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google.
  3. If the account or organization is connected to SSO, ZynoSuite opens the provider sign-in flow.
  4. The provider verifies the user.
  5. ZynoSuite completes sign-in and opens the user's ZynoSuite session.

If SSO is not configured for that account, the sign-in page continues with password sign-in.

First-Time and Existing Users

Existing users can be linked to the identity provider when their ZynoSuite account matches the provider identity. Administrators can use Auto-Link Existing Users from the Identity Provider page after connecting the provider.

If a user cannot sign in through SSO, check that:

  • The user exists in ZynoSuite.
  • The user's email address matches the provider account.
  • The organization is linked to the correct provider.
  • The user still has access in the provider system.

Remember Me

The sign-in screen includes Keep me signed in for 30 days. When selected, the browser can keep the user signed in longer, subject to organization settings and security policies.

Do not use this option on shared or public computers.

Admin Notes

Before requiring SSO for a team, make sure at least one administrator can sign in successfully through the provider. Keep a recovery plan for administrators before unlinking or changing provider setup.
