Form Submissions

The ZynoForms tab on a contact profile shows form submissions linked to that contact.

Linked ZynoForms submissions appear on the contact profile so staff can reopen completed forms from CRM.

Permission Required

You need ZynoCRM form submission read access to view forms on contact profiles.

View A Submission

1. Open the contact profile.
2. Open ZynoForms.
3. Select a submission row.

Each row shows the form name, submission number, and submission time. Opening the row shows the completed form.

Where Submissions Come From

Submissions come from ZynoForms. A submission appears on the contact profile when it is associated with that ZynoCRM contact.

Empty State

If the tab shows No form submissions, the contact has no linked submissions yet, or you do not have access to the submissions you expect to see.
