Credit Pools
WebWorkstationMobileCredit pools are membership benefits that grant a member a quantity of credits. Credits can be consumed by eligible products or services during sales workflows.
Permission Required
Creating credit pool definitions requires ZynoSales admin access. Reviewing or adjusting member credit balances requires CRM membership access.
How Credit Pools Fit Together
- An admin creates reusable credit pools in Admin > ZynoSales > Credit Pools.
- A membership product grants one or more credit pools.
- A contact buys the membership.
- The member's credit usage is tracked on the membership.
Configure Credit Grants
On a membership product, use Credit Pool Grants to choose:
- The credit pool.
- Credits granted per discount period.
- Rollover per discount period, when the membership has a reset period.
Leaving the credit amount blank grants unlimited credits for that period.
Review Credit Usage
- Open the contact's membership.
- Open Credit History.
- Select a period to see available credits.
The usage table shows sale date, sale number, credit pool, product, scheduled time when applicable, and credits consumed.
Authorized but not closed sales show an hourglass indicator because the credit is reserved but the sale has not closed yet.
Adjust Remaining Credits
Users with membership edit access can edit remaining credits for a selected period. For credits, a blank value is treated as zero when saved.
