Credit Pools

Credit pools are reusable credit definitions that membership products can grant to members. Create the pool here, then assign it from a membership product.

Open this page from Admin > ZynoSales > Credit Pools.

Add A Credit Pool

1. Select Add Credit Pool.
2. Enter the Name.
3. Optionally enter a Description.
4. Select Create.

Use a name that describes what the credit can be used for, such as Class Credits, Visit Credits, or Session Credits.

Edit A Credit Pool

1. Select the credit pool name.
2. Update the name or description.
3. Select Save.

Changing a credit pool definition changes how it is labeled in membership setup and member credit history.

Delete A Credit Pool

1. Select the credit pool name.
2. Select the delete icon.
3. Confirm deletion.

Delete only when the pool should no longer be available for membership products.
