Member Discounts

Member discounts are benefits attached to a membership program. They can reduce the price of specific products when the member is connected to a sale.

Permission Required

Configuring discounts requires ZynoSales product edit access. Reviewing or adjusting a member's remaining discount uses requires CRM membership access.

Configure A Discount On A Program

1. Open the membership product in ZynoSales > Products.
2. In Membership Settings, select Add Discount.
3. Choose the product.
4. Choose the discount type:
   • Fixed Amount Off
   • Percentage Off
   • Override Price
5. Enter the amount.
6. Optionally set a usage limit per discount period.
7. Optionally set rollover when the membership has a discount reset period.

Discounts are product-specific in the current membership editor.

Review A Member's Discount History

1. Open the contact's membership.
2. Open Discount History.
3. Select a period to see available discounts for that period.

The tab also shows discount usage by period, date, and product.

Adjust Remaining Uses

Users with membership edit access can edit remaining uses for a selected period. Leaving the value blank means unlimited uses for that discount period.
