Use search and filters when the contact list is too large to browse manually.

Quick Search

1. Open Customers & Contacts.
2. Type in Search.
3. Press Enter.

Search can match contact names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, and zyno.id Tag # values. Phone-style searches are standardized before searching, which helps when numbers are typed with spaces, dashes, or parentheses.

Use Advanced when you need to search by address.

Advanced Filters

Select Advanced to filter by specific fields:

Filter	Use it for
Name	First name, last name, or display name
Company	Company records or employer names
E-mail	Email address searches
Phone	Phone number searches
Address	Street, city, state, or postal address details
Birthdate	Contact birthdate
zyno.id Tag #	Physical or printed contact tag number

Select Apply to run the filter or Clear to remove filter values.

Scan A zyno.id Tag

On ZynoWorkstation, select Scan zyno.id Tag # from the Customers & Contacts toolbar. ZynoSuite reads the tag, removes the zyno.id URL prefix if present, and searches for a matching contact.

If no contact is found, verify that the tag number is saved on the contact profile.

Loading More Results

The contact list loads more rows as you scroll. If you do not see the contact, narrow the search with a phone number, email address, or zyno.id Tag #.
