zyno.id Tags

In the current Customers & Contacts interface, CRM tag workflows are centered on the zyno.id Tag # field. This is a unique tag number you can save on a contact and scan later to find that contact quickly.

Current Scope

General color-coded CRM tags or label groups are not currently exposed in the Customers & Contacts UI.

Add A Tag Number To A Contact

1. Open the contact profile.
2. Open the contact editor.
3. Enter the value in zyno.id Tag #.
4. Select Save.

On ZynoWorkstation, use the barcode button next to the field to scan the tag instead of typing it.

Find A Contact By Tag

Use one of these options:

• Enter the tag in Advanced > zyno.id Tag # on the Customers & Contacts list.
• On ZynoWorkstation, select Scan zyno.id Tag # in the Customers & Contacts toolbar.

Scanned values can include a zyno.id URL. ZynoSuite strips the URL prefix and dashes before searching.

Where The Tag Appears

When a contact has a zyno.id Tag #, it appears in the contact profile header and Contact Info section.
