Mobile Features
MobileZynoSuite Mobile gives staff access to mobile-ready ZynoSuite modules from an iPhone, iPad, or Android device. It uses the same organization data as Web and Workstation, with mobile-specific support for camera scanning, mobile card readers, native app sign-in, and mobile push notifications where configured.
Mobile-Ready Apps
The mobile launcher shows apps that are marked mobile-ready and that your account has permission to use.

| ZynoRMM | Available on mobile only when ZynoRMM is enabled for your organization. See ZynoRMM. |
ZynoTalk is not part of ZynoSuite Mobile. For native mobile calling, use ZynoTalk Mobile.
Mobile-Specific Capabilities

| Camera barcode scanning | Scan UPCs and other supported barcodes from mobile workflows such as ZynoSales and ZynoInventory. |
| Camera photo capture | Attach photos in workflows that request camera access. |
| Mobile card reader | Accept card-present payments from Salespoint with a connected mobile reader. |
| Mobile push notifications | Receive mobile notifications for supported workflows when the app, device, and organization settings allow them. |
| Tenant switching | Use the mobile app's account and tenant controls when your account belongs to more than one organization. |
Workstation-Only Features
Some features require Workstation hardware and are not available from ZynoSuite Mobile:

| Label printers | Use Workstation for ZynoInventory label printing. |

| Stripe countertop payment terminals | Use Workstation for fixed payment terminals, or use a mobile card reader on mobile. |
| ZynoTalk softphone calling | Use Web or Workstation for the browser softphone, or ZynoTalk Mobile for native phone calling. |
Permissions
Mobile availability does not override permissions. If an app or action is missing:
- Confirm the app is mobile-ready.
- Confirm your role has permission to open the module.
- Confirm your organization has the feature enabled.
- For camera or Bluetooth features, confirm the device permission is allowed in iOS or Android settings.
