Check-In Notifications
WorkstationCheck-in notifications appear in the ZynoWorkstation sidebar dock when contacts are waiting to be acknowledged.
Notification Row
The dock row shows:
- The number of unacknowledged check-ins.
- The oldest waiting time.
- A warning badge with the count.
The row appears only when there is at least one unacknowledged check-in for the current Workstation install location.
Acknowledge A Check-In
- Select the check-in notification row.
- Select a contact in the Check-Ins popover.
- ZynoSuite opens the contact's profile.
Selecting a contact acknowledges all waiting check-ins for that same contact.
When A Notification Disappears
The notification disappears after all check-ins in the dock list are acknowledged. If another workstation acknowledges the same check-in, your dock updates when ZynoSuite receives the acknowledgment event.
Common Issues

| Check-in row does not appear | Confirm the check-in belongs to the current Workstation install location |
| Wrong contact opens | Confirm the check-in source is linked to the correct ZynoCRM contact |
| Count does not clear | Open the popover and acknowledge each waiting contact |
