Membership Programs

Membership programs are configured through membership products in the ZynoSales product catalog. Staff sell the membership product in Salespoint to enroll a contact.

Permission Required

Creating or editing membership programs requires ZynoSales product edit access. Managing enrolled memberships requires CRM membership edit access.

Program Settings

When a product is set up as a membership, the membership settings can include:

Setting	Purpose
Membership Type Name	Staff-facing membership name
Max Members	Total members allowed, including the owner
Subscription Period	Day, month, year, or no subscription for one-time memberships
Auto-renew subscription	Whether recurring memberships renew automatically
Renewal Grace Period	Days allowed around renewal handling
Validity Duration	How long a one-time membership remains valid after purchase
Discount Reset Period	When discount limits and credit pools reset

Benefits

Membership programs can include:

• Product-specific member discounts.
• Credit pool grants.
• Additional member capacity.

Create reusable credit pools first in Admin > ZynoSales > Credit Pools, then grant them from the membership product.

Enroll A Contact

1. Open ZynoSales > Salespoint.
2. Attach the contact.
3. Add the membership product.
4. Complete checkout.

After the sale is completed, the membership appears on the contact profile.
