The Inventory module lets you manage your physical inventory of items and supplies. Create and organize items by category, track stock quantities, scan barcodes for fast lookup, print labels, and bulk-import items from CSV files.

Permission Required

Users must have Inventory module access enabled in their role to use this module.

Getting There

Open Inventory from the Home Launcher or the Quick Action Bar (QAB).

Item Management

Create and maintain your inventory item database.

• Item Management — Browse, search, and filter your inventory items. View items in a sortable list with key details like name, SKU, category, and current stock level.
• Editing Items — Update item details including name, description, SKU, pricing, images, and stock quantities.
• Categories — Organize items into categories and subcategories for easier browsing and reporting.

Stock Tracking

Keep accurate records of what you have on hand.

• Stock Tracking — Monitor stock levels for each item. Record stock adjustments for receiving shipments, shrinkage, transfers, and other changes. View stock history to understand how quantities have changed over time.

Barcode Scanning

Speed up inventory workflows with barcode support.

• Barcode Scanning — Scan barcodes to quickly look up items, adjust stock, or add items to transactions. Works with USB barcode scanners on Workstation and the device camera on Mobile.

Label Printing

Generate and print labels for your inventory items.

• Label Printing — Print barcode labels and price tags for items. Configure label formats and print in bulk or individually.

Bulk Import

Populate your inventory quickly from external data.

• CSV Import — Import items in bulk from a CSV file. Map columns to item fields, preview the import, and resolve any errors before committing.
