Scales
WorkstationDirect scale integration is not currently available in ZynoWorkstation.
Workstation does not currently show scales in its hardware preferences, and it does not read weight values automatically from a connected scale.
Current Workflow
Until direct scale support is available:
- Weigh the item using your scale outside ZynoSuite.
- Enter the measured value manually in the relevant sales, inventory, or fulfillment workflow.
- Review the quantity, price, or shipping details before completing the action.
Do not rely on a connected scale to populate a ZynoSuite field automatically unless your organization has been given a specific scale integration by Zyno support.
Common Issues
