Keyboard Shortcuts
ZynoSuite does not currently have one global shortcut map. Keyboard behavior is tied to the screen or field you are using.
This page lists common verified shortcuts and keyboard behaviors.
General

| Enter | Login and most forms | Submits the focused form when the form is ready. |
| Enter | Search fields in Customers & Contacts, ZynoTalk call history, Fax, SMS conversations, and saved tabs | Runs the search. |
| Escape | Some popovers, pickers, and lookup dialogs | Closes the open UI or cancels the current inline edit. |
| Up / Down | Tenant switcher and some lookup dialogs | Moves the highlighted selection. |

Salespoint

Barcode Readers
Barcode readers behave like fast keyboard input in many workflows. A scan is not a keyboard shortcut, but it can trigger the active scan handler in Salespoint, ZynoInventory, or a scan prompt.
Avoid scanning while typing in a text area. If scans include extra characters, configure the reader to send only the barcode value and, when appropriate, Enter.
