Notification Preferences

ZynoTalk notification preferences are configured per number or extension in My Numbers & Notifications.

Permission Required

You can only configure notifications for numbers and extensions you can access.

Open Preferences

1. Open ZynoTalk.
2. Select the gear control for My Numbers & Notifications next to the number selector.
3. Review the rows in My Numbers & Notifications.
4. Save after making changes.

Preference Columns

Column	What It Does
Include in My Numbers	Stars the item and adds it to the My Numbers selector group.
Desktop Browser Notifications	Allows browser notifications for matching ZynoTalk activity.
Mobile Notifications	Allows ZynoTalk Mobile notifications for matching ZynoTalk activity.
Mobile Calls	Controls whether calls to a subscribed SIP extension ring ZynoTalk Mobile.

Mobile Calls only appears for SIP extension rows. It is enabled when Mobile Notifications is also enabled for that row.

Mobile call routing can be set to:

• No Calls - do not ring ZynoTalk Mobile for that extension.
• All Calls - ring ZynoTalk Mobile for direct calls and calls that arrive through ring groups.
• Direct Calls - ring ZynoTalk Mobile only for calls placed or transferred directly to the extension.

Browser Notifications

Browser notifications require both a ZynoTalk preference and browser permission. If your browser blocks notifications, enable notifications for the ZynoSuite site, then save the ZynoTalk preference again.

Mobile Notifications And Calls

Mobile notifications and mobile calls require the ZynoTalk Mobile app. The app must be installed, signed in, and allowed to receive notifications on the device.

Common Issues

Problem	What To Check
Browser notifications do not appear	Check the row preference and the browser notification permission.
Mobile calls do not ring	Confirm Mobile Calls is not set to No Calls and that ZynoTalk Mobile is signed in.
Ring group calls do not ring mobile	Use All Calls instead of Direct Calls.
A row is missing	Ask an admin to verify your access to that number or extension.
