Number Selector
WebWorkstationThe ZynoTalk header selector controls which numbers or extensions are included in the current tab.
Permission Required
Only numbers and extensions you can access appear in the selector.
How The Selector Changes By Tab
The selector only shows items that match the tab you are using:
| Tab | Items Shown |
|---|---|
| Calls | Voice numbers and SIP extensions. |
| Voicemail | Voicemail-enabled extensions. |
| SMS | Messaging-enabled or archived messaging numbers. |
| Fax | Digital fax numbers. |
The selector is hidden on Reports because Reports has its own date, view, report type, and entity filters.
Selector Choices
- My Numbers includes your primary assignment plus numbers and extensions you starred.
- All Numbers, All Extensions, or All Numbers & Extensions includes every eligible item you can access for the current tab.
- An individual number or extension filters the tab to only that item.
If only one eligible item exists, the header can show that item directly. If no eligible items exist for a tab, that tab may be hidden or show a no-access message.
Update My Numbers
- Open ZynoTalk.
- Select the gear control for My Numbers & Notifications next to the number selector.
- In My Numbers & Notifications, star the numbers or extensions you want included in My Numbers.
- Adjust browser notifications, mobile notifications, or mobile call routing if needed.
- Save the changes.
