Voicemail Transcription
WebWorkstationVoicemail transcription lets you read a voicemail when a transcript is available.
Permission Required
You need voicemail access to the extension that received the message.
Read A Transcript
- Open ZynoTalk > Voicemail.
- Select a voicemail message.
- Wait for the playback panel to load.
- Read the transcript below the audio player when it appears.
Transcript words can be selected to jump to matching audio.
Availability
Very short voicemail messages may not be transcribed. Transcripts can also be unavailable while processing or if transcription fails.
Common Issues
| Problem | What To Check |
|---|---|
| No transcript appears | The voicemail may be too short, still processing, or not transcribed. |
| The recording does not load | Try again later or refresh the voicemail tab. |
| Transcript text looks incomplete | Listen to the original voicemail before taking action. |
