ZynoSuite Mobile
MobileZynoSuite Mobile brings your business tools to your phone and tablet. Available for iOS and Android, it gives you on-the-go access to mobile-ready ZynoSuite apps and adds mobile-specific capabilities like camera scanning and a portable card reader for accepting payments anywhere.
What You Get
ZynoSuite Mobile provides access to the mobile-ready apps your account has permission to use:
- ZynoCRM / Customers & Contacts — look up and manage contact records
- Memberships — work with membership records from Customers & Contacts
- ZynoSales — use Salespoint, bookings, gift cards, products, reports, transactions, fulfillment, cash sessions, and closeouts
- ZynoInventory — look up and manage inventory workflows available to your role
- ZynoForms — review and use forms workflows available to your role
- ZynoDisplay — manage display workflows available to your role
- Admin — open admin screens available to your role
- ZynoRMM — available when enabled for your organization; see ZynoRMM
Mobile Card Reader
Connect a Bluetooth card reader with your phone or tablet to accept card payments on the floor, at events, curbside, or anywhere your business takes you. The reader connects to ZynoSuite's payment processing through Stripe, so transactions appear in your sales reports and customer history just like any other payment. Camera Scanning
Use your device camera for supported barcode workflows in ZynoSales and ZynoInventory. The app asks for camera permission the first time a workflow needs it.

ZynoSuite Mobile focuses on mobile-ready workflows. Some hardware and calling features still require Web, Workstation, or ZynoTalk Mobile:

For VoIP calling on your phone, use the separate ZynoTalk Mobile app, which provides a dedicated calling experience that ZynoSuite Mobile cannot offer.Supported Devices

Common Issues
| Problem | What To Check |

| An app is missing on mobile | Confirm the app is mobile-ready, your role has access, and your organization has the feature enabled. See Mobile Features. |
| Camera scanning does not start | Allow camera permission in iOS or Android settings and retry the ZynoSales or ZynoInventory workflow. |
| Mobile card reader is unavailable | Confirm Stripe is configured, Card payments are enabled, Bluetooth is allowed, and the reader is connected from Mobile Card Reader. |
| Push notifications do not arrive | Confirm mobile notification permission is allowed for ZynoSuite Mobile and review Push Notifications. |
| Mobile calling is missing | Use the separate ZynoTalk Mobile app for native mobile calling. |
