Membership Products

Membership products are sold through Salespoint and create customer memberships after checkout. Use them for subscriptions, passes, benefit programs, and one-time memberships.

Permission Required

Creating or editing membership products requires ZynoSales product edit access.

Create A Membership Product

1. Open ZynoSales > Products.
2. Select New Product.
3. Set Type to Membership.
4. Enter the normal product details, including name, price, taxes, and visibility.
5. Open the Membership tab and complete Membership Settings.
6. Save the product.

Membership Settings

Setting	Use it for
Membership Type Name	Name shown in Customers & Contacts membership screens
Max Members	Total allowed members, including the owner
Subscription Period	Day, month, year, or no subscription
Auto-renew subscription	Automatically renew recurring memberships
Renewal Grace Period (days)	Days allowed around renewal handling
Validity Duration (optional)	Expiration window for one-time memberships
Discount Reset Period	When discounts and credit pools reset

If no subscription period is selected, the membership is a one-time purchase. It can have a validity duration or remain valid indefinitely.

Add Member Benefits

Use the membership product editor to add:

• Member Discounts for specific products.
• Credit Pool Grants from existing credit pools.

Create credit pools first in Admin > ZynoSales > Credit Pools.

Sell A Membership

1. Open ZynoSales > Salespoint.
2. Attach the customer who will own the membership.
3. Add the membership product.
4. Complete checkout.

The membership appears on the customer's profile after the sale is completed.
