Stripe Integration
WebWorkstationMobileStripe is the payment processor behind ZynoSuite card payments. Administrators connect the Stripe account, and staff use the resulting card payment options in Salespoint.
Permission Required
Stripe setup requires administrator access. Taking card payments requires Salespoint access and the Card payment method enabled.
What Stripe Enables
Stripe supports:
- Keyed card entry.
- ZynoWorkstation card terminals.
- ZynoSuite Mobile card readers.
- Saved customer cards.
- Card refunds.
- Stripe Dashboard access for payment processor records.
Setup Checklist
- Connect the account under Admin > ZynoSales > Payments, on the Stripe Account tab.
- Confirm the page shows Stripe Account Active.
- Enable Card under Admin > ZynoSales > Payments, on the Payment Methods tab.
- Register card terminals if using Workstation countertop terminals.
- Connect mobile card readers from Settings > Card Reader if using ZynoSuite Mobile.
- Test a card payment before using new hardware with customers.
Where Staff See Stripe
In Salespoint, staff may see:

Only available and enabled methods appear.
Reconciliation
Use ZynoSuite closeouts for sales-side totals and Stripe Dashboard for processor-side records such as payouts, disputes, and Stripe account verification.
If card totals do not match expectations, compare:
- Salespoint transaction details.
- Daily closeout card totals and card brand breakdown.
- Stripe Dashboard payments, refunds, fees, and payouts.
