Product Catalog
WebWorkstationMobileThe product catalog is where ZynoSales products are created, reviewed, searched, sorted, and organized. Open it from ZynoSales > Products.
Permission Required
You need ZynoSales product view access to open the product catalog. Creating or changing products requires ZynoSales product edit access.
Catalog Views
The Products page includes search, category filtering, and a view switcher.

The eCommerce and fulfillment views appear only when those features and permissions are available.
Search And Filter
Use the search field to find products by name, SKU, or UPC. Use the category selector to filter the list to one category.
On ZynoWorkstation or with a keyboard-style scanner, scanning a product barcode while the Products page is active can populate the search field.
Sort The List
Select table headers to sort. In overview view, sortable columns include type, category, name, price, financial account, tax group, product shown, tipping, scheduling, inventory, and limit.
Product Actions
Use the row actions menu to:
- Print an inventory label from ZynoWorkstation, when the product is tied to inventory.
- Print multiple inventory labels from ZynoWorkstation.
- Edit the product.
- Delete the product.
Gift card products cannot currently be edited from the product editor. If a gift card product needs changes, contact support.
Manage Categories
Open the actions menu in the Products toolbar and choose Manage Categories to go to Admin > ZynoSales > Categories.
You can also create a new category while creating a product, but the Admin category page is the better place to organize parent-child category structure.
